Presented my car at MILEX with a possible electronic or electrical issue that momentarily caused the engine to stop firing. In explaining the problem to the front desk, the technicians immediately began troubleshooting the problem. By midafternoon on the following day, after eliminating all other possible causes, it was determined that there may have been grounding issues with the electronic components. After cleaning all grounding locations, and with the engine connected to the engine analyzer, all components are now functioning and communicating properly. Also, in troubleshooting the problem, the battery was at the end of its useful life, so a new battery was installed. This is competent, expedient, and thorough service on a problem that was unseen requiring the use of the engine analyzer to pinpoint the problem. FIRST RATE SERVICE.
